Degree course: Mechanical Engineering Design

Engineering Design is the superordinate term for all areas concerning engineering, development, the design methods and the respective results. Engineering Design as a part of technical sciences, analyzes the process of designing technical structures as well as technical systems’ general structural laws and the implementation of this knowledge into the actual work carried out by the designers.

Course of studies

This training course is divided into basic and main courses of studies. The two-year basic course includes a vocational training. During this time our trainees spend three days per week in the company and three days at Hanover University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
After completing their training the main course begins. During semester break the trainees are employed in our company, working on projects. Finally, in the 7th semester they complete their studies after writing their bachelor thesis.

  • A-levels or vocational diploma
  • Very good achievements in mathematics and physics
  • Above average dedication/mobility
